At Sabi Unique Collection, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process.

You have 07 days from the date of purchase or delivery to initiate a return or exchange for your items.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must be provided.
  • Items on clearance or final sale may not be eligible for return unless defective.

3. Exchange Process

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our support team. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or store credit.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item received was defective or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
